The kit includes:
5 syringes 3 ml each of Carbamide gel in different concentrations, 2 thermoforming sheets, one for the upper and one for the lower dental arch, 1 colour guide, instructions of use.

• The Smile® Extra Fast: 2-3 hours of application per day for about 5-10 days, based on the desired results
