It is a medical kit used for separated instruments retrieval.

Description
This medical kit can be assembled on any metal aspirating syringe.
The medical kit is formed of two parts (T.S, adaptor) and (T.S. traction tips).
T.S traction tips are small needle like tubes with a wire passing through it to form the loop.
The tips are available in two sizes (27G and 30G). The adaptor is fixed to the metal hook of the syringe by a screw and the wire coming from the tip is fixed to the adaptor via another screw.

Mode of action
After loosening and creating a space around the separated instrument using T.S. ultrasonic tip. The loop is inserted around the separated instruments then tightened and the syringe in pulled out to retrieve the instrument.

How to tighten the loop around the separated instruments :

As if you are aspirating with the syringe (recommended for mandibular teeth) 

Push the top screw away from the tip (recommended for maxillary teeth)
