A high-quality LM393 voltage comparator is used in this Photosensitive Resistor Dependent Control Sensor Module. The comparator output signal produces a clean and excellent waveform when employing the sensitive type photosensitive resistance sensor.
With a 15mA driving capability and an adjustable potentiometer, the brightness of the light detected may be adjusted. The working voltage ranges from 3. 3 to 5 volts. Where output refers to the output of a digital switch. Because this module is light-sensitive, it is commonly used to detect ambient brightness and light intensity.
DO output is at a high level when there is no light or when the light intensity cannot achieve the value. The module DO output is low when the light intensity exceeds the value. The module's digital output DO can be directly connected to a microcontroller, which can detect high or low levels, allowing it to monitor changes in ambient light intensity.
You can use this board as a photoelectric switch or as a digital output DO port driving relay module (our store sells these relay modules). The analog output is connected to the ad module, which uses the ad-converter to obtain a more precise light intensity value.
