Iceram-P is a polycrystalline, biocompatible, totally esthetic and comfortable ceramic bracket!

Made with polycrystalline aluminum oxide or transparent polycrystalline ceramic, also known as Poly Sapphire and produced through an extremely efficient process, CIM - Ceramic Injection Molding.

The production process uses the highest technology on the market, providing the bracket with resistance, excellent surface finish and esthetics, ensuring much more comfort to the patient.

Because Iceram-P brackets are given an advanced treatment, their pieces are crystalline, transparent, practically imperceptible, just like the Sapphire brackets. All these esthetics persist from the beginning to the end of the treatment, without wear or color changes.

Iceram-P brackets are today the most innovative in conventional esthetic orthodontics, combining the resistance of polycrystalline ceramic brackets with the esthetic result of the Sapphire!

Better Fitting

- Anatomical base with mesiodistal and occlusal gingival curvatures, facilitating fitting to the tooth surface.
 - The base contains retention pins that increase adhesion area, ensuring greater efficiency in bonding and safety to the orthodontist.
 - The pieces have mechanical retention made with the exclusive and patented laser texturing, LB2 – Laser Bond Booster, which grants the brackets 30% greater retention when compared to the traditional sandblasting;
Raised edges of the base

- Raised edges contribute to cutting excess resin, facilitating removal, while retaining the resinous material.

- Low-profile with rounded edges and short, spherical hooks, relieved contact surface with special curvatures;
- Brackets are resistant to pigmentation with maximum esthetic treatment;
- 100% produced in Polycrystalline Alumina Ceramics;

Performance
- Extremely resistant spherical hooks on canines and premolars, characterized by curved geometry, ensuring comfort and better fitting for elastics and accessories;
- The twin fin design allows better accommodation and retention of elastic ligatures, in addition to rotational control and less friction, relieving the edges of the slot.
- Gutters with smaller contact area to reduce friction, favoring arch sliding.
- Parts are designed with torque on the base, providing greater precision.
