2) Manage complaints, and handle patients immediately once their complaints are received. 

3) Deep dive into each and every index with all the feedback and evolution of the Rating Index,in addition to the ability to modify indexes based on your clinic’s needs.

4) Manage patients and take immediate actions(email, Text or Call) through Dr. Pal’s user-friendly contact card, which is available for every patient of your clinic.
