D.M White Plus
Dual Bleaching System ( Light & chemical)
DM White from DM Trust is an innovative and effective bleaching system composed of a blend of peroxides 
Warrants: its maximum safety & least burning if accidentally come in contact 
Warrants: its maximum safety D.M White is activated chemically (self-activation) by most light devices.

This system is supplied as :
- Three D.M White gel syringes .75g each
- Three D.M White powder in plastic jars .5gm
- One D.M after whiting mousse gel syringe 1gm
- Three microapplicators brushes
- Three luer needles for application of after whitening mousse

Composition:
D.M White is composed of a blend of peroxides such as hydrogen peroxide 37%, carpamide peroxide 10% in addition to benzoyl peroxide & sodium perborate. This formulartion permits the use of minimum concentrations of each component with the least side effects in comparing other bleaching systems.

Indication:
D.M White is designed for in office bleach. D.M White also can be used for intracoronal bleaching of endodontically treated non-vital teeth (Internal bleaching).

Application Methods:
- Ensure scalling & polishing in usual manner.
- Record the shade guide of teeth with patient help.
- Apply cheek retractor.
- Apply a thin layer of protective gel (not included in the kit) to surrounding soft tissues including lips, gingival with especial care for the interdental papilla.

In Office Bleaching:
For Each Session:
- Evacuate whole content of one of the D.M White gel base syringe in one of the D.M White powder jar & then mix gently for 20 seconds using the supplied microapplicator brush to achieve a homogeneous effervescence mix.
- Apply a uniform (1-2mm thickness) layer of the mix to teeth structure using the supplied microapplicator brush, agitate gently to ensure intimate contact of bleaching system on the surface of teeth.
- For chemical activation: leave the mix on the teeth surfaces for 30 minutes the remove take 10 minutes rest and repeat the application until the desirable shade has been gotten. This might be repeated in the same visit or in different visits.
- For light activation: use the same steps for application described above. Expose the mix to light according to device's manufacturer instructions (many devices recommend 15-20 minutes) Then Remove from the teeth . Take 5 minutes rest and repeat the application until the desirable shade has been gotten. This might repeated in the same visit or in different visits. Shade has been gotten . This might be repeated in the same visit or in different  visits. Apply a thin uniform layer of D.M After whitening mousse to tooth structre & advise the patient not to rinse for 15minutes. D.M after whitening mousse helps in desensitization and remineralization of teeth.
