Support on the forehead and chin allows a ventral direction of traction for the maxilla and upper dental arch as well as mesial movement of the upper and lower posterior teeth.
Indications:

• for early treatment of Angle Class III malocclusions - skeletal retrusion of the maxilla (micrognathia) - dentoalveolar retrusion in the maxilla - skeletal overdevelopment of the mandible (macrogenia) - reduces anterior lower facial height (deep overbite)
• protrusion of teeth (single or in groups of teeth)
• in the case of cheilognathopalatoschisis
• for mesialization of the maxillary dentition
