How do I know when a customer places an order of one of my products?

You will get an email once your item is sold. New order will also reflect is your account under “New Sales order”

You can view and manage your sales orders from your account and ensure fast response and dispatching of sold items as soon as it happens. This is a conditional requirement to remain active on DentaCarts.com and ensure that your store meets the DentaCarts.com Service standards.
