Silaxil condensation silicones (type C), with the highest level of accuracy in details reproduction, are suitable for all impression taking techniques.
The purple color of the light body and the green color of the regular body allow to verify the perfect homogeneity of the mixing between base paste and catalyst, subsequently creating an excellent chromatic contrast between the first and second impression.
The viscosities facilitate manual mixing, making it free of any porosity; they also allow the registration of details without compressing the tissues, thus making it the ideal product for all impression taking techniques. The choice of delicate aromas, mint for Putty and orange for Light and Regular body, is well tolerated by the patient, does not alter the salivation and significantly reduces the emetic effect.
The long working time allows to perform the various stages of impression taking, without that the material pre-harden hastily.
The high dimensional stability over time allows to preserve the impression for long periods without incurring any dimensional alteration of the models.
Furthermore, thanks to the blocks mixture driven, the dosage and subsequent mixing phases of the Light Body / Regular Body with the Enersyl catalyst are extremely simplified, avoiding an unnecessary waste of material.

Riva Luting releases substantially higher fluoride to assist with remineralization of the natural dentition.

Compared to other materials such as fluoride releasing resin cements, Riva Luting has proven antimicrobial activity against three cariogenic bacteria: Streptococcus mutans, Streptococcus sobrinus and Lactobacillus(2).

High flexural strength

High fluoride release
Riva Luting’s free movement of fluoride provides benefits to the tooth. Fluoride plays several significant roles in any caries – prevention program. These include the formation of fluorapatite, which is more acid resistant than hydroxyapatite. Fluorapatite is very important for tooth remineralization.

Low solubility
Riva Luting has low solubility in the oral environment. This increases the material’s ability to resist disintegration and wear caused by oral acidity.

Setting times
There will be minimal loss of working time when using Riva Luting. With adequate working time and a quick setting property, Riva Luting will shorten chair time and ensures early resistance.

Very low film thickness
Riva Luting quickly flows into the preparation. A low film thickness allows the seating of tight fitting indirect restorations.

Before using MANI DIA-BURS, please see the instruction as indicated below : ●For dental use only. ●Non-sterile. ●Insert the shank into the handpiece according to the instruction of the handpiece manufacturer.Insertion should be the full length.● Before use, run the instruments to make sure there is no descentering. If the instruments become bent, be sure to remove them from any further use. ●Please always use spray. A Plentiful water supply is necessary to maintain long-lived performance and also to prevent loading and pulpitis. ●Handle with care not to put excessive load. Pressure should be 20 to 50p for all instruments with diameter up to 023. ●Use below max. allowable r.p.m. of each instrument, see chart above, to avoid a possibility of being injured due to breakage.●Avoid levering, tilting, twisting and jamming motion. Do not work with a pulling motion. ●Wear a safety glasses and/or facemask to protect from being injured. ● Practicable for using auto-clave. Do not use high pressure steam sterilizer which heats more than 200℃ including drying process. ●After using, follow appropriate treatment as the medical waste.
